Crystal Palace v Chelsea

Last Five Meetings: W2 D0 L3

Fabian Says: At this point I’m really just pinning for a Chelsea loss, to be honest. There’s the small matter of Palace not really fancying these London derbies, but come on, Chelsea have just hit the perfect 10 (10 straight wins), surely they’re bound to hit a bump? Why not today? Come on you Eagles!

Predicts: 2-2

Fridah Says: The Eagles do not like London derbies and I don’t think that they will like this either. They are meeting a formidable defense and Chelsea look to go further in their fight for the premiership with title rivals set to drop points. This looks like another Chelsea win.

Predicts: 2-1

Middlesbrough v Swansea City

Last Five Meetings: W1 D1 L3

Fabian Says: All I can see is a really dour, low scoring draw, with the potential of there even being no goals altogether.

Predicts: 0-0

Fridah Says: This is an important game for both teams as a win for Swansea would see them go level with Boro on points. I think it will be a hotly contested game as both teams seek to bounce back. I think it will be a draw.

Predicts: 1-1

Stoke City v Leicester City

Last Five Meetings: W2 D1 L2

Fabian Says: Leicester are more allergic to away league wins probably more than my brother is allergic to Paracetamol. And trust me, his body goes all bananas on taking one of those. That’s why I see them going down at the former Britannia. Plus, Stoke are due a win.

Predicts: 2-1

Fridah Says: Leicester and their poor away form. This is a chance for the Potters to pick up all three points and I think that they will.

Predicts: 2-1

Sunderland v Watford

Last Five Meetings: W1 D3 L1

Fabian Says: This is a very difficult game to call. I’ve been going back and forth on both sides winning it for a while, but I guess it’s one of the few game that the Black Cats will really think they’ve got a chance. Probably they will go for it and just about nick it.

Predicts: 1-0

Fridah Says: Sunderland has a chance to get themselves out of the bottom three if other results go their way and that makes this a very important game for them. there is no reason as to why they can’t win this. Watford are tough and they are looking better now but Sunderland have more to gain from this game.

Predicts: 2-1

West Ham United v Hull City

Last Five Meetings: W3 D1 L1

Fabian Says: This is a game that the Hammers should be winning and rightly so considering Hull’s defensive woes and also since the Londoners are coming off the back of a win in midweek.

Predicts: 1-0

Fridah Says: The Hammers need this win to get back on track. They are looking better and they will be a proper challenge. I think the Tigers will struggle to get all the three points in this or anything at all for that matter.

Predicts: 3-1

West Bromwich Albion v Manchester United

Last Five Meetings: W2 D1 L2

Fabian Says: Wow, Man United have won twice in a row in the league! Suddenly it feels like 2008 again, them swatting away opponents with some ruthlessness. Then again it’s 2016, the Baggies are comfortable in 7th and the Hawthorns is one of the most intimidating grounds to visit.

Predicts: 1-1

Fridah Says: The Red Devils are in some good form and they should be able to challenge West Bromwich Albion for the three points. It is essentially Mourinho vs. a poorer version of himself. I don’t think the Baggies will be too easy though and this could end up poorly for the Manchester team.

Predicts: 2-1

Bournemouth v Southampton

Last Five Meetings: W1 D0 L4

Fabian Says: The Cherries are progressing well in the league, and should be confident after that win over the champions. The fact that they play at home gives them a massive advantage and well, they Saints haven’t been travelling well of late.

Predicts: 1-0

Fridah Says: A derby. This should be interesting. Bournemouth have been so impressive this season and they are getting the results that they want. I think the Cherries can get the three points if they stick to their game plan and Howe gets his selection right.

Predicts: 2-0

Manchester City v Arsenal

Last Five Meetings: W0 D2 L3

Fabian Says: Arsenal connived to throw away the win at Goodison that would have cushioned whatever damage they may undergo in this fixture and that’s a bummer. Both sides won’t want to drop points here and cede more ground to runaway leaders Chelsea – that’s simply out of the question. With City having beaten Watford to sort of make their home ground a bit more comfortable, they will want to build on that.

Predicts: 2-1

Fridah Says: This is the most important game of the season. One of the teams has to drop points or both teams. I think the latter option is more likely. Arsenal should take advantage of Manchester City’s squad depletion but somehow I don’t think the Gunners have this.

Predicts: 2-2

Tottenham Hotspur v Burnley

Last Five Meetings: W2 D2 L1

Fabian Says: Spurs have won their last 3 fixtures at home and convincingly at that. Burnley are lousy on the road and that said, this should be a straight forward win for Tottenham.

Predicts: 3-0

Fridah Says: Tottenham are in some good form. They will be able to beat this Burnley side with ease.

Predicts: 2-0

Everton v Liverpool

Last Five Meetings: W0 D2 L3

Fabian Says: Alas! It’s a Merseyside Monday Night Football treat! How intriguing. Liverpool go into this one as the favourites, but they’ll be wary of a Toffees side on a high after the comeback win over Arsenal. They will probably cancel each other.

Predicts: 1-1

Fridah Says: Another derby. This should be an exciting game. Everton will be full of confidence after beating Arsenal and Liverpool will be their usual self. I reckon the game ends in a draw.

Predicts: 2-2
